How do I add my child to the waiting list?

To add your child to the waiting list, please fill out an online Program Application and submit it along with the $30 application fee.

Where is my child on the waiting list?

Children are added to the waiting list based on the date that the application is submitted, however; enrollment decisions are based on many factors, not solely the placement on the waiting list.

Why is annual re-enrollment necessary?

We ask parents to confirm that each child is re-enrolling for the next school year in May in order to efficiently manage program enrollment and offer spaces to patiently waiting families.

What is the exiting process?

When it is time for your child to exit our program, you are asked to complete and submit a notice of withdrawal at least sixty days in advance.

Are discounts available for faculty or students?

We do not offer discounts for faculty or students.

Are scholarships available?

The Early Learning Center is proud to provide tuition assistance to families of children with disabilities enrolling in the ELC. Lilly’s Hand is used to provide individual assistance to families and support inclusive educational experiences for children with and without disabilities at the ELC.

When are enrollment decisions made?

The enrollment process typically begins in early spring with initial enrollment offers being made to families.

What happens after I accept an offer of enrollment?

When an offer of enrollment is accepted, the family pays the designated enrollment deposit and turns in the enrollment acceptance agreement. Afterward, the family will be contacted to schedule an enrollment conference.

Is the program year-round?

The infant, toddler, and preschool programs are year-round. The kindergarten program operates August through May. We offer a Summer Camp program that operates May through August.
