Scheduling Leave
Requests for annual leave must be made in writing to the administrative assistant in the central office at White Avenue. Download the leave form here.
Central office will respond (approve/deny) within one week. All leave requests will be stamped by date and time to ensure documentation of request.
Decisions regarding approval will consider the following: number of staff already approved annual leave, general staffing needs program-wide, and special ELC events/situations that may require additional staffing. ELC administration recommends that staff use and plan their annual leave in advance and make appropriate requests in advance. Click here to view the current leave calendar.
